THE ATHENIAN
The Athenian surgió inicialmente como un puesto de venta de comida en un pequeño mercadillo de Londres, allá en 2014. Fue creado por Tim Vasilakis, natural de Atenas, y desde entonces ha tenido un éxito demoledor. En 2017 Tim se mudó a España y ha querido traer también aquí su concepto. Y por fin, está pasando. Hemos ganado 4 premios en el poco tiempo que llevamos abiertos, gracias a nuestros fieles clientes.
The Athenian first popped up as a street food market stall back in 2014, in a small market in London. Launched by Athens born Tim Vasilakis, it has been a huge success since then. In 2017 Tim moved to Spain and has been wanting to bring the concept here too. And it’s finally happening. We’ve won 4 awards in the short time we’ve been open, thanks to our loyal customers.
LA COMIDA
Desde el primera vez en que abrimos un puesto en un mercado, lo más importante ha sido siempre la comida, al estilo Ateniense. Exclusivamente los mejores ingredientes, frescos y preparados para cada pedido con cariño justo delante de ti, para ofrecerte una explosión de sabor y aroma. Suvlaki, gyros y alternativas vegetales. Nos abastecemos de todo a través de nuestros socios en Grecia y aquí en España, por lo que sabemos exactamente de dónde procede cada ingrediente. Sin atajos, sin concesiones.

Los aspectos medioambientales son superimportantes para nosotros. Toda nuestra comida se suministra en embalajes libres de plástico, convertimos nuestro aceite de cocina en biodiésel y nuestras cocinas se alimentan con energía renovable.
Estamos siempre en busca de Atenienses con nuestra misma mentalidad para incorporarlos a nuestro equipo. Pagamos bien y el progreso es el eje central de cuanto hacemos, sea en el desarrollo profesional o en lo referente a la inclusión.

Environmental concerns are super important to us. All our food comes in plastic-free packaging, we turn our cooking oils into biodiesel and our kitchens are powered by renewable energy.
